2012 Calendar concepts created for MegaMart while I was there. It was not used, can’t say I was very impressed with the choice used, which was created by a graphic agency.
Digicel Tapestry Competition.
The artworks in this post are the different drafts I did before submitting my artwork to the contest held earlier this year (2012) by Digicel Jamaica.
The purpose of the contest was to find suitable ideas and artwork for tapestry to be mounted at the Digicel HQ in Downtown Kingston Jamaica.
I recieved the first place top prize for my design.
The artwork that won is highlighted in the caption.
Unfortunately the artwork will not be used due to the intricate details. It would not be appreciated at the larger than life size they wanted it for. I beleive they are going in a different direction.

Some artwork from a previous job. The company I worked for got a contract from Pepsi Jamaica during the relaunch of the new logo campaign. These are some of the artworks that was produced between my boos and myself. A lot more work was done, I tried to show a variety of thingns that was done.

RampAid
RampAid requested a revised version of their logo. The first image is the original logo the second one is the revised version I did.
RampAid is a Somerset based, non-profit organisation, raising money to aid in the development of local community skate and BMX parks.
Logo I helped my girlfriend’s sister to create. The idea and drawing was done by he rsister I only refined the “AK” Kreations was all done by Alicia Smith, I only vectored it to fit with the “AK”.
The logo was done for her creative work She makes really nice pendants from by hand in clay.

True Blue Badge - logo created for True Blue.
True Blue is a Refined High end coffee brand produced in Jamaica. Well loved so far by those who have tried it and seen the image of the brand. Was a fun job for me to work one and the direction they are heading in makes me even more proud to have done this logo.

MegaMart’s new weekly ads. This will be done every week. 2 ads in the food section of the Jamaica Gleaner.
The aim is to maintain an everyday low price guarantee for customers. So far we have been doing pretty well. MegaMart now offers weekly discounts in the store and customers seem happy with it. Not to mention the compliments we receive on our print ads. The team I work with all did their part to make sure this happens. It’s been a LOT of hard work and late hours. I know for a fact they work really hard to get the lowest price possible on products to keep these ads going. I am proud to be a part of them.
Come on by and see the changes taking place. The future looks very bright for one of Jamaica’s most progressive stores.
